For ready-made products, order cancellation is possible before the product is shipped. For custom-made products, order cancellation is only possible before production begins due to the custom nature of the product. Once production has begun, order cancellation, return, and exchange are difficult, so please consult carefully before ordering.
I can't find the product I want.
If you are using a third-party pallet, please provide a photo of the product in use along with a detailed description of the area you wish to improve. If you are considering using a pallet, please provide detailed information about the intended use, load, quantity, etc. when requesting a quote to receive an accurate quote.
I would like to exchange/return a product.
Exchanges and returns are not possible for damage caused by personal negligence, such as driving a forklift, or for simple changes of mind on the part of the buyer. Since the product is shipped naked due to the nature of the product, we inform you that exchanges and refunds are not possible for minor scratches and contamination, or for problems unrelated to the performance of the product. In addition, all costs, including round-trip shipping costs, will be borne by the buyer in the event of exchanges and returns due to simple changes of mind, so please be sure to check before purchasing.
What sizes are available?
We can produce from a minimum of 600mm to a maximum of 2400mm, and you can order in 10mm units. Please note that there may be an error of ±5mm during the production process.
A damaged product was delivered.
Any defects or damages that occurred before receiving the product can be exchanged or returned. If you take a photo or video of the affected area immediately after receiving the product or before unloading the product and contact the customer service center, quick action can be taken. However, when returning/exchanging, you must first contact the customer service center to discuss the return or exchange, and please note that if you send it without contacting the customer service center, a refund may not be possible.
I'm curious about the shipping method and shipping cost.
Depending on the size and quantity of the product, it will be shipped by courier (Gyeongdong Express) or truck, and the shipping cost may vary depending on the characteristics of the product and delivery location. You will be informed of the specific shipping cost when applying for a product purchase.
I'm curious about the packaging condition upon shipment.
Steel pallets cannot be box-packed due to their size and weight, and are shipped naked and banded. In case of rain, they are transported by wrapping (delivery) or wing-body trucks.
When can I receive my order?
For ready-made products, it takes about 2-3 business days after receiving the order, and for custom-made products, it takes about 7-10 business days.
